Exchange Online is designed for normal business email. It must not be used for spam, phishing, abuse, unsolicited bulk email or activity that violates Microsoft policies.
If Microsoft restricts or blocks a mailbox, account or tenant because of spam, abuse or policy violations, recovery is not guaranteed. Refunds are not provided in such cases.
Use Exchange Online for normal company email. For large newsletters or marketing automation, use a dedicated email marketing platform.

What is Exchange Online Plan 1?
Exchange Online Plan 1 is a Microsoft cloud email license for business mailboxes. It includes a 50 GB mailbox, Outlook on the web, calendar, contacts and email on your own domain.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can use your company domain, for example [email protected]. We can help with domain verification and DNS records if needed.
Does Exchange Online Plan 1 include Outlook?
It includes Outlook on the web. Desktop Outlook apps are not included in this license. If you need desktop Office apps, ask us about Microsoft 365 Business Standard.
How many licenses can I buy?
You can buy the number of licenses your company needs. For 10, 30, 40 or more licenses, contact us for a custom quote.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, monthly payment may be available. You can choose annual commitment with monthly payments, or monthly billing without a yearly commitment. Prices differ for each option.
What is the price for 40 licenses?
For 40 Exchange Online Plan 1 licenses, the annual price with 10% discount is €1,512 when paid yearly. With annual commitment and monthly payments, the price is €133 per month. With monthly billing and no yearly commitment, the price is €152 per month.
Will I have admin access to the tenant?
Yes. You can receive Global Administrator access and manage your tenant, users, mailboxes, domain and Exchange settings. Our reseller relationship is for license provisioning and billing, not permanent admin control.
Can Exchange Online be used for email marketing?
Exchange Online is intended for normal business email. It is not a bulk email marketing platform. Spam, phishing, unsolicited bulk email and abusive use may lead to Microsoft restrictions or suspension.
What happens if Microsoft blocks the account for spam or abuse?
If Microsoft restricts or blocks a mailbox, account or tenant because of spam, abuse or policy violations, recovery is not guaranteed and refunds are not provided in such cases.
Can you create the tenant for us?
Yes. We can create a new Microsoft 365 tenant, verify your domain, configure basic DNS records and hand over admin access to you.
